At June 4, 2004, the Center of Investigation of Regional Policy (Sumy) has conducted the public opinion poll of Sumy citizens concerning their attitude to the creation of Sumy National University (SNU) and evaluation of forms and methods of such joining. 330 citizens of Sumy were interrogated.
